JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for growing ADM sales in the Media & Entertainment sector and in the Event Industry, researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet ADM’s operations goals.
The Sales & Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, e-mails and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.
Our Sales & Marketing Manager must have a solid understanding of media production and digital workflows and must be able to penetrate large media organizations, uncover and qualify the graphics needs, B2B, video content; identify decision makers, buying timelines of prospects and drive those prospects to evaluation and purchases of ADM’s next-generation services.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Promoting the company’s services.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Recruit and activate new channel partners/implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops and maintaining personal and professional networks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of technology channel & enterprise sales experience in the Media and Entertainment sector, corporate videos, metaverse, commercial campaigns, global communication.
- Strong capacity to lead, conceive, develop and deploy brand strategies and communication platforms through multiple communication channels such as Corporate, Advertising Digital, Events and Retail.
- Solid experience in project management across different market realities.
- Track record of regularly achieving sales quotas or managing operations budgets.
- Extreme discipline in planning, setting goals and following up.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, Product Development.
- Excellent English knowledge (C1).
